Pacific Rim Properties XVIII, LLC (“PRP18”), Chenco’s newest sponsor equity fund focused on a U.S. value-added real estate strategy, is pleased to announce its start of fundraising. The expected closing date of PRP18 is June 30, 2019. 

Since its inception, PRP18 has participated in investing 1 property, and has committed to four additional properties. We strive to create long-term growth of value in PRP’s investments and to continue delivering higher-than-market, risk-adjusted returns to our investors.
