Kenny serves as Managing Director of Chenco Holdings, where he oversees core company functions across Chenco’s U.S. and Asia offices, and coordinates with key partners and stakeholders.

Prior to joining Chenco, Kenny spent more than 10 years working in cross-sector environments, focusing on technology policy, innovation strategy, economic development, and international relations. He currently serves board and advisory roles in a variety of organizations, including the International Leadership Foundation, National ACE, Lapistone Trust, the Partnership to Advance Responsible Technology, Pittsburgh AI, and Community Forge.

Kenny earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Master’s in Public Policy from the Harvard Kennedy School.
