Kenny Chen has more than 10 years of cross-sector work experience, specializing in technology policy, innovation strategy, impact investing, and international relations. Some of his prior roles include conducting digital platform governance research at Harvard’s Belfer Center, supporting counter-disinformation strategies at the U.S. Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA), and leading innovation programs at Ascender, a startup incubator and economic development organization.

Mr. Chen is also the founder or co-founder of several organizations, including involveMINT, Community Forge, Pittsburgh AI, and the Partnership to Advance Responsible Technology. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Master of Public Policy degree from the Harvard Kennedy School.
