Aloysius Lee is a seasoned business leader and mentor, bringing extensive experience across hospitality, real estate, telecommunications, and sustainability. Currently serving as Director at FGML Pte Ltd and Partner at the Institute of Unretiring Professionals, he continues to shape the business landscape with his strategic insights. 

Throughout his career, Aloysius has held top executive roles in global corporations, including Group CEO of Millennium & Copthorne Hotels PLC in London, CEO of South Beach Consortium in Singapore, and Managing Director of Shui On Land in Shanghai and Hongkong Telecom/PCCW Ltd in Hong Kong. He has also contributed to public sector initiatives, serving as a Member of the Council for Sustainable Development Strategic Committee (HKSAR), Chairman of the Innovation Marketing Task Force (Singapore Tourism Board), and Board Member of the Hong Kong Tourism Board.
