Bascom Northwest Ventures has sold Tempo at Riverpark Apartments, a 235-unit coastal apartment community in Oxnard, California to a venture led by Hines for $105 million.Located less than a mile from the Pacific Ocean, the property consists of 105 one-bedroom, 118 two-bedroom, and 12 three-bedroom units. Bascom originally acquired the property for $75.25 million in 2018 through Bascom Value Added Apartment Investors Fund IV, reflecting a strong appreciation in value over the hold period.
