The Bascom Group has acquired 2300 Elliott, a 92-unit waterfront multifamily community in Seattle’s Belltown neighborhood. The acquisition marks Bascom’s 14th multifamily property in the Pacific Northwest and 12th in Washington State. Built in 1992, the five-story building sits above two levels of structured parking, with a unit mix of studios, one-, two-, and three-bedroom homes offering direct waterfront access in one of Seattle’s most sought-after urban neighborhoods. JLL’s Jamie Kline and Annie Rice arranged debt financing for the acquisition.
