Harbor Associates has sold its 111,483 SF office building at 2020 E. First Street in Santa Ana, California to Meritage Homes for $19.2 million. The buyer plans to convert the vacant office asset into 86 for-sale townhomes. CBRE’s Greg Sullivan and Anthony DeLorenzo represented Harbor Associates in the transaction. Harbor originally acquired the property for approximately $13.3 million in 2018, and the residential conversion sale reflects the continued adaptive reuse trend reshaping the Southern California office market.
