The Bascom Group has completed the $127 million acquisition of Highridge Apartments, a 257-unit value-add apartment community in Rancho Palos Verdes, California, or $494,163 per unit.Highridge is a 1972-vintage, institutionally owned property that has undergone significant upgrades over the years, featuring spacious units averaging 1,157 square feet—21% larger than the submarket average—including 28 loft-style residences with soaring ceilings. Annie Rice and Jamie Kline of JLL Capital Markets arranged debt financing, with AXA Investment Managers US Inc. as lender.
